Hello and welcome to Thorsgard Cats.  Currently Specializing in Abyssinians and Norwegian Forest Cats - we have also been very active and successful with our Maine Coons.  We have even been known to show a Birman!  Here you will be able to see information not only about our show cats - but also about available kittens and cats we might have available for you to take home for your very own!

10/01/2007 Thorsgard Artic Monkey Recently completed a very successful kitten campaign - where we have high hopes of becoming a National Winner.

05/01/2007 GP, NW Thorsgard Lowspark-of-Higheeledboys completed the 2006 - 2007 show season as CFA's Seventh Best Cat in Premiership (class for pedigreed neuters and spays).

05/01/2006 GC, NW Thorsgard Escalade completed the show season and a National Winner and CFA and also the 3rd Best kitten in the Midwest Region of CFA!

05/01/2006 GC, NW Thorsgard Tipper also completed the show season and a National Winner and CFA and also the 2nd Best cat in Premiership in the Midwest Region of CFA!

Our Cats

This is GP, NW Truluck Hot Rocks of Thorsgard.  We were first introduced to the wonderful world of Abyssinians with "Sizzle."  A very special boy - he took us on an adventure of a show season - where he ended up the Very Best cat in Premiership in all of CFA for the 2003 - 2004 show season.  He currently ranks as second highest scoring cat in Premiership all time in CFA. 

This is GP, NW Thorsgard Tipper - A National Winner in the 2005/2006 Show season - He really strutted his stuff from coast to coast.  Gaining several best cats, as well as earning more than one Best in Show.  He was even featured as the representation of the Norwegian Forest Cat Breed - when chosen for the cover of Cat Fancy Magazine (shown Left).
